Pakistan Super League PSL 2019 PSL 2019 – de Villiers, Smith to Play PSL, 8 Matches in Pakistan The 2019 edition of the Pakistan Super League will begin on February 14, 2019, and eight of the matches will be played in Pakistan as confirmed by the Pakistan Cricket Board. This call was taken on September 15 by the PCB and the PSL franchises after a meeting at the NCA. The last eight games of the 2019 PSL will be played in Pakistan, including the final which will be played in Karachi like last season. PCB intends to hold three matches in Lahore while Karachi to host five matches including the season-finale that will be held on March 17. The fourth season of the Pakistan Super League will be played across five venues, three in UAE and two in Pakistan. Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai are the three stadiums in UAE while the two Pakistani venues include Lahore and Karachi. The final will be held in Karachi. Introduction of Pakistan Super League (PSL) Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB)

Habib Bank Limited Pakistan Super League belongs to PCB Pakistan Cricket Board so lets make a short introduction about  Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is the governing body for cricket in Pakistan. It is also responsible for the promotion and expansion of the game through its associate and affiliate members throughout the country. Its responsibilities include management of the game at the highest level and the Organization of various domestic tournaments at the national level. 
PCB also administers the system that provides the maintenance of discipline amongst the constituent members and, by the constituent members, overall cricketing bodies and individuals under their control.
PCB is also responsible for coordinating activities in respect of the game of cricket in all manners and ways, including the formulation of the laws of the game, its constituent members and other subordinate bodies and to organism national tournaments and International matches within the country.
The selection and composition of cricket teams that represent Pakistan in cricket contests and tours, both within Pakistan and abroad, to acquire, construct, develop and maintain stadium, grounds and other properties are also the key responsibilities of PCB.
To standardization and control umpiring in cricket and ensure its maintenance at a high level throughout Pakistan is also in the scope of PCB.

  11. HBL was the first commercial bank to be established in Pakistan in 1947. Over the years, HBL has grown its branch network and maintained its position as the largest private sector bank with over 1,750 branches and 2,000 ATMs globally and a customer base exceeding eleven million relationships. 
    The Government of Pakistan privatized HBL in 2004 through which AKFED acquired 51% of the Bank's shareholding and the management control. The remaining 41.5% shareholding by the Government of Pakistan was divested in April 2015. AKFED continues to retain 51% shareholding in HBL while the remaining shareholding is held by individuals, local and foreign institutions and funds including CDC Group Plc which holds 5% and International Finance Corporation which holds 3%.  
    With a global presence in over 20 countries spanning across four continents, HBL is also the largest domestic multinational​. The Bank is consolidating its presence in principal international markets including the UK, UAE, South and Central Asia, Africa, and the Far East.  
    The key areas of operations encompass product offerings and services in Retail and Consumer Banking. HBL also has the largest Corporate Banking portfolio in the country with an active Investment Banking arm. SME and Agriculture lending programs and banking services are offered in urban and rural centers. HBL has been a catalyst for CPEC since its inception. Schedule-2019

4th  edition of HBL PSL 2019 will kick start from February 14 in Dubai. All PSL 4 matches will be played at 3 venues – Dubai, Lahore and Karachi.  The opening matches will be played in Dubai while 3 matches will be played at Qaddafi Stadium, Lahore and the rest of 5 matches including the final will be held in Karachi.  In PSL 4, six teams will contest in the tournament and each of the team will play ten matches. Top four sides will play a PSL 2019 playoff. The total number of matches will remain same as of 2018 that are 34.  Pakistan Super League 2019 will be played in a round robin format, similar to the last season which was the first ever edition featuring six PSL teams and each side played each other twice. 30 games will be played in the first round and top four teams will fight in playoffs for getting a spot in PSL final. HBL PSL-2017 History of last one League The PSL Pakistan Super League 2017 is scheduled to begin on Feb 9th 2017 in UAE. The opening ceremony and the first match will be played on Feb 9th with the final taking place in Lahore on March 5. The PSL 2 Draft for the second edition of the tourname nt was held on October 19 and all five teams announced their squads with most teams consisting of around 20 players from Pakistan and overseas. A few of the players were retained from the previous season by teams while the others were picked afresh from the PSL Draft. There was also a transfer window in which teams like Karachi Kings and Lahore Qalandars exchanged players. New Players like Eoin Morgan, Kieron Pollard, Sunil Narine and Brendon McCullum had also agreed to getting themselves placed in the Draft and were picked up by respective teams during the Draft, while Chris Gayle was let go of by Lahore and selected by Karachi.
