4th edition of HBL PSL 2019 will kick start from February 14 in Dubai. All PSL 4 matches will be played at 3 venues – Dubai, Lahore and Karachi. The opening matches will be played in Dubai while 3 matches will be played at Qaddafi Stadium, Lahore and the rest of 5 matches including the final will be held in Karachi. In PSL 4, six teams will contest in the tournament and each of the team will play ten matches. Top four sides will play a PSL 2019 playoff. The total number of matches will remain same as of 2018 that are 34.
